Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. The return request must be made within 90 days from the date you receive the parcel, based on the courier tracking information.

Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, the item must be in new or slightly used condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.

Shipping Fee: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at hi@lohacustom.com with your order details. Once your return request is approved, you may return the item to the following address. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, refunds will be processed within 3 days and issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges
