Warranty Coverage
1. Keyboards, Chargers, Stands, and Mouse Pads
This warranty covers the following products for defects in materials or workmanship that affect normal functionality. If the product fails to operate as intended under normal usage, Loha Custom will provide either a free repair or replacement, at our discretion:

2. Keycaps, Palm Rests, Keyboard Cases, and Home & Living Products (Wooden Items)
This warranty covers wood cracking that occurs naturally under normal use (e.g., due to the natural characteristics of the wood). If cracking occurs within the warranty period under these conditions, Loha Custom will provide a replacement at no additional cost:

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

Cracking caused by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or environmental factors (e.g., humidity, temperature changes, exposure to liquids).

Cracking due to poor handling, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

Other types of damage such as scratches, dents, or wear and tear.
3. Home & Living Products (Non-Wooden Items)
The Tetris Wall Puzzle (non-wood materials) is covered for defects in materials or workmanship that affect normal functionality. If the product fails to operate as intended under normal usage, Loha Custom will provide a repair or replacement, at our discretion.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

Warranty Claims Process
To file a warranty claim, please follow the instructions below:

Contact Loha Custom:
To begin the warranty process, please contact our customer service team at hi@lohacustom.com. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear images or videos of the defective product. -
Return the Product:
If instructed to do so, return the defective product to Loha Custom. Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure that the product is properly packaged to prevent further damage during transit. -
Inspection and Determination:
Upon receiving the product, Loha Custom will inspect it to determine whether the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect, natural wood cracking, or human damage. Loha Custom reserves the exclusive right to determine the cause of any issue, and our decision will be final and binding. -
Resolution:

Manufacturing Defect: If a defect is confirmed (excluding natural wood cracking under normal use), Loha Custom will repair or replace the product at no extra cost. Shipping costs for repaired or replacement products will be covered by Loha Custom.

Wood Cracking (Natural Occurrence): If it is determined that cracking is due to natural wood characteristics under normal use, Loha Custom will replace the product at no additional cost.

Wood Cracking (Non-Natural Causes): If cracking is due to non-natural causes, Loha Custom will return the product to the customer at our expense.

Human Damage: If damage is caused by misuse, accidents, or other factors unrelated to manufacturing defects, the product will be returned to the customer at our expense.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Misuse, abuse, or accidental damage (e.g., dropping, exposure to liquids, physical impact).

Normal wear and tear (e.g., discoloration, fading, minor scratches, dents).

Damage resulting from improper maintenance, modification, or third-party repairs.

Any products with altered or missing labels, serial numbers, or components.
Limitations of Liability

No Implied Warranty: Except as expressly stated herein, Loha Custom makes no other representations or warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

No Liability for Indirect Damages: Loha Custom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product, including loss of profits, personal injury, or damage to property.
Warranty Duration
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It is valid for a period of one year from the order date.
